Agilent impedance and combination analyzers provide very accurate and thorough component and material evaluation with various test fixtures. They measure impedance (inductance, capacitance, and resistance) at spot frequencies or across a range of frequencies. Also, the measurement capabilities of transmission parameter and spectrum analysis are available in the combination analyzers. On the other hand, the DC bias and the AC signal level swept measurement functions are available in the impedance analyzers to evaluate the device under actual operating conditions. In addition, some of impedance analyzers offer the temperature characteristic measurement solution in the wide temperature range from -55 °C to 150°C. These products, in PCI, PXI, cPCI, and VME formats, are used in research, ATE and OEM applications in industries as wide spread as Biotechnology, Semiconductors, Aerospace, Physics, and Astronomy.
  • Oscilloscope/Digitizers provide cutting edge sample rates, leveraged directly from Agilent’s highest performance oscilloscopes. These products offer 40GSa/s digitizing rates with 8 bit resolution in 8 GHz, 12 GHz and 13 GHz bandwidths. Eight channels are housed in a 7U high 19” rack package which retains full oscilloscope capability. Time-to-Digital conversion (TDC) outputs the arrival time of typically infrequent events where measuring a pulse or time interval is critical.

The Agilent 35670A is a versatile FFT analyzer with built in source for general spectrum and network analysis, and for octave, order, and correlation analysis. Rugged and portable, it is ideal for field work, yet it has the performance and functionality required for demanding R&D applications.
